Log message:
update to xscreensaver-5.40
- zap a patch that has done nothing but remove one blank line since 2006
- patch "crumbler" to reduce mem use on OpenBSD which was failing and
in 5.39 segfaulting and producing a mahoosive core / in 5.40 reporting
"out of memory"
