PLIST change -> bump

@comment %%alpha%% is pretty much visible, it ends up in the resulting plist.
as opposed to actual %%alpha%% which will disappear.

If you're unsure, proper testing will tell you...

PLIST_DB is filled with register_plist.  If you forget to bump a REVISION
after a change, packaging *will* fail.

...which is how I noticed.

Regular bulk builds will catch those mistakes.
