Fix kde4/ffmpegthumbs with newer FFmpeg; patch from
https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/126992/ via FreeBSD (Brad found it the
same time as I did).
Fix deps; graphics/ffmpeg should be LIB_DEPENDS not RUN_DEPENDS.
