Missing MOVED entry

Hi,

FYI:
misc/qtchooser was removed in commit be86c4fe23e089aeef1ed7467161c2ce321a8c81
but there is no line in MOVED file

Possible I'm wrong but I thought that  it was necessary to drop a note in
this file
