I'm particularly concerned about 255809, since it needs to be done
before a mail/postfix35-sasl stub port can be made (the PR for that

I'd create the dependent issue(s) as soon as is practical (they're ready
and QA'd), and add the issue ID to the relevant dependent issues
"Blocks" field
