Hello. The problem is described here. https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=260878 It appears to have been closed, to be upgraded to 3.0.x. https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=262039
A workaround for this problem is to temporarily remove pkgconfig. Regards.
