I made some mistake.

Default.init contains  'gconf' in as_active_plugins, so remove 'gconf'
I attach corrected ~/.config/compiz/compizconfig/*

Then, I re-install latest compiz, compiz-plugins-*, and type
> % compiz --replace &

% emerald --replace &

I found this is wrong.
% compiz --replace ccp &
% emerald --replace &
They work fine.
