You seem to have LLVM_DEFAULT set to 14:
BUILD_DEPENDS+= [...] \
${LOCALBASE}/llvm${LLVM_DEFAULT}/lib/clang/${LLVM_VERSION}/lib/wasi/libclang_rt.builtins-wasm32.a:devel/wasi-compiler-rt${LLVM_DEFAULT}
