Hi,
Firefox and Thunderbird had a build failure on 14-current. So they are
missing from the pkg catalog.

NB: "pkg search" looks in the catalog and "pkg info" looks at installed
packages. But you probably know that.
I don't see an issue about the build failure in bugzilla
<https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?bug_status=Open&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=New&bug_status=In%20Progress&field0-0-0=product&field0-0-1=component&field0-0-2=alias&field0-0-3=short_desc&field0-0-4=status_whiteboard&list_id=502979&order=changeddate%20DESC%2Cbug_status%2Cpriority%2Cassigned_to%2Cbug_id&query_format=advanced&type0-0-0=substring&type0-0-1=substring&type0-0-2=substring&type0-0-3=substring&type0-0-4=substring&value0-0-0=firefox&value0-0-1=firefox&value0-0-2=firefox&value0-0-3=firefox&value0-0-4=firefox>.
And I'm not involved in pkg building or the ports of firefox/thunderbird
so can't elaborate on ETAs of a fix.
At least your setup seems healthy.
Ah. Thank you, I spent a lot of time with the search engine
and man pages trying to figure it out. I guess I'll have a
stab at neomutt as thunderbird really is too much.
I also couldn't figure out how to use pkg-status.freebsd.org.
How does one, for instance, query about the status of
thunderbird on current? (A pointer would be great)
All the best,
Russell
Regards,
Ronald.

Greetings,
I have a puzzler involving pkg(8) on my 14 current boxes.
First, I upgraded these boxes from 13 stable a couple of
months ago so that I could get graphics on my new AMD 5600G.
That worked. Up until a few weeks ago, pkg upgrade on
current seemed to work exactly as it had on stable.
But now something has gone awry. The main problems are
firefox and thunderbird but I'm a little worried other
stuff is going to show as well.
Here's the uname, same on all systems:

So what's going on with firefox and thunderbird? firefox's
version is now -esr and thunderbird is gone entirely.
AFAICT I have the default setup for pkg(8).
Thanks,
Russell
