science/py-tensorflow fails in FreeBSD poudriere builders for some reason

science/py-tensorflow fails with Signal 9 after 16+ hours, for example: 
http://beefy16.nyi.freebsd.org/data/131amd64-default/519c178336e5/logs/errors/py39-tensorflow-2.9.1_8.log

But I am able to build it in poudriere with the option JOBS_ALL=ON 
allowing it to build on multiple CPUs. It takes <8 hours.


Is Signal 9 sent by poudriere because timeout is expiring?


FreeBSD poudriere can probably be configured to build it succesfully 
with JOBS_ALL=ON.
