Updates pushed to quarterly are supposed to be security or bug fixes, not new features, so, there should not be a need to bump things, library versions have to stay the same. If the exceptional need arises, direct commits can be made to the quarterly branch, at the discretion of portmgr. -- Mathieu Arnold
