Both main-142amd64-default (beefy22, 25bf3a3260c7) and main-142amd64-quarterly
(beefy20, 20ba05c2c778) had this problem.

By contrast, main-142i386-quarterly (beefy21, 25bf3a3260c7) and
main-142i386-quarterly (beefy19, 20ba05c2c778) did not.

All 4 were via:

Host OSVERSION: 1500035
Jail OSVERSION: 1402000

They are the first builds for each based on using 1500035 .

Note the same git-hash pairs for failing vs. working.
amd64 vs. i386 looks to be the major difference for
failed vs. worked.

Not me.

I see a 1000+ jump in skipped builds but a less than 40
jump in failed builds for main-142amd64-default:

main-142amd64-default failures with the most skipped:
go121-1.21.13_5 (skipped 543)
webkit2-gtk_40-2.46.6 (skipped 323)
go123-1.23.7_4 (skipped 99)

main-142amd64-quarterly also got less than a 40 jump
in failures but a large jump in skipped --but not as
much of it from failures, many from ignores causing
more skips instead.
