My humble +1 to this. I also take an opportunity to ask Mark Linimon, our venerable Bugzilla maintainer, to add a new field "Build method" to the problem reporting form with options "poudriere", "portmaster", "synth" and "plain make" and defaulting to "poudriere". This would at least force bug reporters to acknowledge that they are straying from the established path by using non-poudriere methods.
