Hi, Leon probably did not do that. It's probably the upstream metacpan distributors. You may wish to reach out to Olaf Anders or post a message on Reddit's r/perl. The people who maintain the module and PAUSE infrastructures are active there. I would be surprised to know if they would have done that knowing that so many Ports rely on it.
