Are you using a quarterly? Which FreeBSD ABI (version and archtecture)? For aarch64 and arm64 quarterly is a 2.6.2_1 but almost all the latest for them are at 2.7.5 (or, for aarch64 for FreeBSD 13: 2.7.4). (Based on what freshports.org reports.)
