There is nothing to fix here. clisp is only for i386 and maxima, theoretically, works EVERYWHERE, where there is a clisp. So when clisp will work on sparc, we'll see what happens with maxima. We only mark ports broken or ONLY_FOR_ARCHS which actually are. Nikolay
