The host gates.enemy.at does not resolve. Also found ftp.enemy.at does
not allow anonymous access. The web site appears to be a music related
site. I doubt they host the asmail dist file anymore. Patch removes
the failing hostname from MASTER_SITES. Confirmed the sourceforge
mirrors still host the file.
