what would be the correct settings for PERMIT_* ?
In the first place, you do not have a license at all, right? ( = "No")
Otherwise you'll just have to aquire a license and read the terms, but I
am not at all that certain that they will be very "reasonable and
non-discriminatory", from an OpenBSD point of view.
