There it is. Added dependency www/p5-libwww and removed WWW from DESCR.Please test and report.
You should not point $MASTER_SITE_PERL_CPAN to ../../authors/.... but
use the group instead. In case of JSON, it's Apache. Hence, you should
have this instead:
MASTER_SITES=${MASTER_SITE_PERL_CPAN:=Apache/}
