Hello,

This is no news and has been discussed earlier (I found threads from 2005).

Obsd wine port is somewhat old. At winehq.com I found the following
info in the faq:
NetBSD, OpenBSD, UnixWare, and SCO OpenServer 5 worked at one time, but Wine
now requires kernel-level threads which are not currently available (or
understood by the Wine team) on those platforms.

(I'm not a programmer and don't have any programming knowledge.)
My questions now:
1) Are or will "kernel-level threads" be implemented in openbsd?
or
2) Is someone already running a newer wine port on openbsd (may be someone did
a custom port)?

Thank you
Didier
