some remarks:
- the flavor should depend explicitely on rtune >=0.6. I had rtunes
installed on a machine and it failed to build at link time.
- the rtunes flavor should be described in pkg/DESCR.
- one of my favourite radio site produces a 22KHz stream which gets
played too fast by rtunes:
