few issues:
- make update-plist warns that groff should be used:

- some directories are not created and during make install
this error is printed:
File /var/dcc/dcc_conf could not be installed:
        No such file or directory

        No such file or directory
File /var/dcc/grey_whitelist could not be installed:
        No such file or directory
