[New] sysutils/p5-Data-Float 0.13

Hello ports,

Here is a new port sysutils/p5-Data-Float. It builds and works fine on
both amd64 and sparc64. This is a depend for p5-Data-Entropy, which I
just submitted.

DESCR: details of the floating point data type
