This needs the p5-SQL-Abstract-Pg port I OK'd just a minute ago,
and I think one of them will need a @conflict marker since
${P5SITE}/SQL/Abstract/Pg.pm moved over to its own dist.
In any case, with the other one (and someone knowing what quirks are
needed) this is OK afresh1@
