I don't know for sure but I think there's a reasonable chance that the update of Tor Browser that I just sent to the list (Subject: UPDATE: Tor Browser 11.0; https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-ports&m=163657112230026&w=2) fixes the build of Tor Browser with LLVM 13. The particular error that's in the failure log file has been fixed in the new version, at least. Caspar Schutijser
