Thanks for the help with the Makefile and pkg quirks :)
It seems that I have a long way to go before my ports are 100 %

I may have missed something but I noticed that there hasn't been any changes
to the CVS tree yet even though everything seems to be in order.

The @conflict flag seems to be working as inteded and is removing
graphics/sxiv if it exists prior to installing graphics/nsxiv.
