Just try to apply your diff to a current ports tree and you'll see.
It is obvious that you did not create this diff on a *current* and updated
ports tree.
i.e. part of your diff:
-DISTNAME= nmap-4.11
-PKGNAME= ${DISTNAME}p1
What's in current right now:
PKGNAME= ${DISTNAME}p2
Same for distinfo...
