Here's a ports diff, but I don't have time to test with dependent
ports at the moment (besides newsraft, it's also used by a few others
like mupdf, claws-mail, and p5-HTML-Gumbo which is used by RT).
I've bumped the shared library version because of the change in
kGumboTagNames though it's possible that wasn't necessary.
