Re: Update (better) of archivers/cabextract to 1.2

I received a couple of comments on my last message. This is a better version bump of cabextract, which avoids the spurious warning messages about large file support. (There was no actual problem, just a warning message.) The patch-mempcpy_c patch is no longer needed, but there's a new file, patch-mspack_cabd_c.
