Synopsis : the i386 OpenBSD 4.1 MimeDefang-2.57 package needs to be
updated to work with Sendmail 8.14.
Using OpenBSD 4.1, did:
web2# pkg_add mimedefang

Attempted to get it running, but got the following error in the maillog:

milter_sys_read(mimedefang): cmd read returned 0, expecting 5
After testing various configurations and some web research found that
this is a common problem with the solution of updating mimedefang to
more modern version. Updated to version 2.62 (latest available) direct
from mimedefang.org, compiled with "--with-user=_mdefang", and things
worked just fine.
Also, suggest adding the dependency "p5-HTML-Parser" to enable use of
more of mimedefang's functionality.
