Now www/py-h11 had been imported into OpenBSD ports, would someone have a look of py-httpcore ?

It build well and run well on amd64-current system. NO_TEST defined since we are lacking of some TEST_DEPENDS. www/py-h11 should be imported into portstree before this patch committed. Cheers ! wen
