After lots of sleeping on the job, here's a diff to update TMDA to
1.1.11. This also adjusts the download location, and a few other minor
bits in $PREFIX/share/.
I'd love suggestions on how to better handle the 'manual' install that
happens in the Makefile. TMDA is designed to run from its source
directory, which clearly isn't how we do things, hence my minor install
gymnastics.
This has been tested on i386.
