[security update]security/p5-Crypt-CBC: update to 3.07

    Here is patch for security/p5-Crypt-CBC:
    i) Update to 3.07 (Fix CVE-2025-2814)
    ii) Add a RUN_D and a TEST_D

    It build well and run well on my amd64-current system,
test passed.
