I don't really have the time to test this properly, but I think a lot of
users will wonder what this openvpn-bsdauth is supposed to be. And a
very large number of OpenVPN deployments won't ever use this helper.

Why not just point users at it in some message? (pkg/DESCR would be most
sensible, I suppose.)
