i wouldnt have thought about putting ${SYSCONFDIR}/xdg/ in the PLIST,
but apparently 26 ports already do that so...

why the GLOB_TILDE thing in src/config.cpp ? there's no expansion for
$HOME, but there's some for XDG_CONFIG_HOME ?
