I'm pretty sure that is how it works for quirks "rename"s. it's certainly
how it used to work, and I don't think it changed.

IIRC you'll need to have a higher version number in the PKGNAME,
currently kdiagram-qt6-3.0.1 so you'll need REVISION=0.

Thanks for the review. Why do we need REVISION=0? kdiagram-qt6-3.0.1 is
being removed, and kdiagram-3.0.1 has a different PKGNAME, and the
update is from 2.X to 3.X.
