FWIW, I have installed those fonts and opened an Office document that is
in "Calibri Light" with Libreoffice.  "Fluent Calibri" does not seems to
be selected and it defaults to "DejaVu".  Otherwise these fonts do work
when used explicitly.  Hope this helps.
