But currently on 7.8/arm64 my comments are: 1. it's luit 2.0-20250912 vs the old 1.1.1. an upgrade! 2. it compiles, creates a package. no problem 3. for my use case, it works. But I only need simple ISO-8859-1 support. I'm not doing anything complicated like double-byte encoding for Big5, JIS. Take care.
