It's probably worth looking at KeepassXC which is supposed to have this functionality. There are some other ideas for things not in ports at https://superuser.com/a/1844014 though systemd features in docs for most, and several refer to archived projects.. Let me know if you figure out how to get something other than gnome-keyring working, I'd be happy to add a pkg-readme (or if nothing else is working then perhaps an RDEP on gnome-keyring would make sense, though I'd prefer not to force it if there's an alternative).
