i've tested it with niri-25.11.20260211 and it works fine, DISPLAY=:0 xlsclients correctly shows X clients (xeyes, xclock..) connected to the Xwayland process spawned by xwayland-satellite (spawned by niri) funnily, since my mesa is locally rebuilt against wayland, i guess that's the reason glxgears doesnt show up in the list of X clients.. ok to import :)
