new diff, taking that into account:
- no pkg rename (srsly, who cares)
- stalwart-mail RUN_DEPENDS on -cli (i doubt someone will want to
install the server without administering it locally, even if it can be
done remotely via the url..)
- tweaked the @conflicts in pkg/PLIST so that it didnt conflict with
-cli (remnant from pre 0.6 days in 2024)
- patch added to disable a timeouting test
- some tweaks to make unit tests run (eg 'make test'), some fail, but
  most do succeed.

i'll write something for faq/current.html once this gets commited, and
that'll end up in the upgrade notes for 8.0. i dont think we want to go
the @ask-update route like postgresql does, but i generally err on the
'not giving a f***' side.
