ports@,

I'd like to add small port which packs pnor.BOOTKERNEL needed to boot
qemu-system-ppc64 with something that can run OpenBSD/powerpc64

With https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-ports&m=178117056678973&w=2 it runs as:

qemu-system-ppc64 -machine powernv9 -cpu power9 -nographic \
        -m 32G -smp 8 \
        -bios /usr/local/share/qemu/skiboot.lid \
        -kernel /usr/local/share/talos-ii-pnor/pnor.BOOTKERNEL \
        -device ich9-ahci,id=ahci0,bus=pcie.0 \
        -drive file=powerpc64.qcow2,format=qcow2,if=none,id=hd0 \
        -device ide-hd,bus=ahci0.0,drive=hd0,bootindex=1
        -netdev user,id=net0 \
        -device e1000e,bus=pcie.1,netdev=net0
