I would like to move oxygen-icons from devel/kf5 into x11 to avoid dependencies on kf5 and qt5. oxygen-icons is also no longer part of KF5 and follows this own release cycle. I added "@pkgpath devel/kf5/oxygen-icons" to the new PLIST. That should be everything, shouldn't it?
