This port is a dependency of proposed new port audio/pyradio but has
other potential uses.
The version installed from PyPi includes the C++ extensions.
Tested on 7.9-stable, testers on -current welcome
This is the first time I have tried to port something with MODPY/PyPi so
guidance and corrections would be appreciated.
Comments, corrections?

Now also tested on 7.9-current amd64 (Jun 12). No issues found when used
via pyradio internet radio player (fuzzy search)
