Here are some cosmetic tweaks:

- Remove HOMEPAGE, V and DISTNAME; GH_* does it for you.
- Start COMMENT with lower-case.
- Sort RUN_DEPENDS and rename py-rapidfuzz category.

Otherwise OK rsadowski to import it.
