re yosys: you need to figure out what's needed to update the existing port
(fixing up other ports that use it as necessary), can't just add this
"-takeover" version.
+WANTLIB= c c++ c++abi m pthread z
should use ${COMPILER_LIBCXX} (as "make port-lib-depends-check" should
suggest anyway), and C++ ports need "COMPILER= base-clang ports-gcc"
(possibly with addition of "base-gcc" but there's no point for ports using
cmake anyway as that will already fail on arch's that only have base-gcc).
