lol. Mortified: That is not my intention. I am sorry.

As I stated in previous emails, I am sending my submission to you with
carbon copy to ports as a measure to get your patch into cvs. My
understanding is more people reporting testing/building or having
similar patches gets more likely into cvs tree and eventually(as
Henderson) previously noted about 24 hours(give or take) into the
git mirror.

Even when one gets commit permissions to cvs(accompanied by getting a
[email protected] email address), one must get one or more
'oks' before one can actually commit. Which is why you see
'ok @some_dev_name' in the cvs or ports-cvs mailing list for each post
or subsequent post if they forgot(which happens from time to time, devs
are mortals and mistakes happen).

More testing, more likely an 'ok' from someone with a commit bit.

I can just wait and test your patch if you like. Or post after that my
patch was similar. Please let me know.

I have most respect for your various hats as developer and now
ports maintainer.

I can do simple patches, but getting this off the ground or more
involved adjusting of internal librewolf build mechanics is something
you have much more expertise than I. It is a lot work and many including
myself have expressed gratitude for such in the past, and continue to do
so.

I apologize for any slight I may have unintentionally caused and if my
English has misconstrued and/or distorted my words. It is not my first
language.

May you all have good one and be cool.

Sincerely,

yaydn
