php-embed wasn't really working out in -stable because it was getting rebuilt every time even when there was no change, so I disabled it. I'll have a look at trying to reenable for 8.3 on amd64 and see how annoying that is.
-embed is removed completely in -current, partly because of this, partly because the only thing using it in ports was nginx-unit which is now removed as upstream have archived the repo.
