In short, the changes since 3.6.0 include initial parser and formatter
support for Zsh, improved shell variant detection from filenames and
EditorConfig sections, support for additional formatting options through
EditorConfig, and null-delimited filename output.
The update also includes safer handling of non-regular files, improved
support for incomplete shell input, and numerous parser, formatter,
expansion, redirection, and interpreter fixes for POSIX shell, Bash,
ksh, and Zsh.
Version 3.13.1 further improves Zsh support, recognizes filenames such
as .zshrc and .bash_profile automatically, adds support for [[zsh]]
EditorConfig sections, and fixes --apply-ignore when explicit file
arguments are used.
In addition to updating MODGO_VERSION, I regenerated modules.inc and
distinfo for the new upstream dependency set. No local patches or
package list changes were required.
