Thanks alot that worked, Patch applies fully and the port build with no error. Also tested to make phonecalls and videocalls after updated port version and it works good. I hope the feedback is helpful.

The patch applies correctly, something in the path from your mail client to the saved file must be mangling it. You can also fetch it from the marc.info list archive: ftp -o- 'https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-ports&m=178591986054994&q=mbox'|patch -Ep0
